**Trainer application Checklist
  1.  Photo and bio of the Trainer, this will be featured on our website and Facebook page to promote trainers (email photo or mail on a flash drive)
  2. Photo and bio of your horse, this will be featured on our website, Facebook page and catalog to attract potential adopters (email photo or mail on a flash drive)​
  3. Set up a Facebook site to post progress of your horse and promote.
  4. Right before the event send glam photo of your horse along with brief bio/ad of your horse for the catalog to attract the perfect adopter.  
  5. Freestyle music:  Freestyle is up to 4 minutes.
  6. Order will be draw: Friday

Rescues and trainers are encouraged to discuss care, custody, and control issues like: transportation of the horse, entry of the horse in fun or competitive events prior to the ORC, what to do in case of emergency, social media presence, etc.  ORC will not mandate a compensation required for the Rescues to give the Trainers; however, the ORC expects that the Rescue assist with the costs of feeding, medical care, teeth floating, farrier work, etc of the horse while it may be off their property with the Trainer, as the horse is still the property of the Rescue.

​Adoptions will be handled by each individual Rescue per their Adoption Protocol.
